The sources behind the formats

We review P&G's public interactive guide and Aon's preparation materials for the task mechanics. Public walkthrough videos help us check the controls and visual layout.

We create our own equations, permutations and memory sequences. We do not claim access to P&G's live question bank, scoring weights or recruitment decisions. P&G and Aon do not sponsor or endorse this site.

What we tested directly

On 8 October 2026, we answered 52 Switch questions and 40 Digit questions in Progressive mode on an independent practice reference. We used uninterrupted correct runs, deliberate errors and recovery runs to record the visible transitions.

Our regression checks replay all 92 recorded responses. The two-row logic format starts at question 11 in a perfect run. Three factors with a final arithmetic operation start at question 12. These are the calibration points for our training, not universal official question numbers.

Memory uses alternating recall and visual tasks. We have not inferred a proprietary adaptive memory scoring model.

How generated questions are checked

• Every equation is generated from a valid arrangement of distinct digits. Grading accepts alternative correct arrangements.
• Logic questions have exactly one valid answer path. For two choice rows, all nine pairs produce distinct outputs.
• Memory results distinguish recalled positions from visual-task accuracy.
• Full calculation and logic answers are graded on the server before the next difficulty is chosen.

Automated checks cover thousands of generated questions, the fixed demos, adaptive transitions and result persistence. These checks verify the training rules; they are not a psychometric validation study.

What your subscription covers

The product includes calculation, logic and memory practice, with saved session history. It does not include PEAK Performance personality preparation, interview preparation or a guaranteed assessment outcome. A practice percentage is a record of answers here, not a P&G score.
